This Abbot Self-propelled gun was built in the early 1970's. It weighs 18 tons and is
powered by a 240hp Leyland K60 Diesel engine.
The Alvis Stalwart was designed as an all terrain load carrier. It is amphibious
and is equipped with constant 6 Wheel Drive. It is powered by a Rolls Royce B81
8 cylinder 180Hp engine.
The 432 is an armoured personnel carrier which weighs in at 15.3 tons and is powered by a 240hp
K60 diesel engine. Although production ceased in 1971, around 1,500 of these battleground taxis
are still in service.
The 434 is a Maintainence and fitters' vehicle weighing 14 tons.
The hydraulic crane can lift 3 tons and was used by REME
to repair main battle tanks.
An American 2½ ton 6 Wheel Drive truck with a turbo-charged White Multifuel engine,
the Reo was used in Vietnam.
